LubumbashiCongo.com, a new website on Lubumbashi

The Kimbilio project, a centre for street children in Lubumbashi, DR Congo, is proud to launch the website www.lubumbashicongo.com!!

The website acts as an information portal for the city of Lubumbashi, DR Congo’s second-largest. It is an information-rich site that delves into all the facets making up this vibrant city’s personality.

Find out about the city itself, its history, its development through time; find out what events are on, which craft shops to go to, and which social projects exist; or find out how to travel to and from the city, both from within the Congo and from outside.

There is a wealth of information on there for anyone planning to visit the Congo, and for anyone who is already living there and wants to find out more.

Also, if you are a company based in Lubumbashi, why not advertise online through the site? All online advertising revenue goes directly to the development of the Kimbilio centre, which in turn, will aid the development of the local children it helps.

So you can raise awareness of your company, of the city of Lubumbashi, and also aid in the development of local social projects – all in one single hit. What more could you possibly want?!

Go on, check it out…!

LubumbashiCongo.com: Whether you’ve just moved to the area or you’ve been here for years this site aims to connect you to the Lubumbashi community and help you to navigate the city discovering hidden corners you’ve not yet found!

KimbilioKimbilio supports street children in Lubumbashi, Katanga in the Democratic Republic of Congo, and has been doing so with the support of the Anglican Church of Congo since 2007.
